About Dr. Williams
Who is Dr. Brian Williams?
Dr. Brian Williams is an author, speaker, leader, school administrator and entrepreneur. He currently is a school leader in Columbia, South Carolina. For the past 15 years, he has been a school leader serving in different capacities. Dr. Williams also owns Basic Wisdom LLC., a consulting agency that works with leaders to fortify strategies and practices to help professionals reach their full potential. Dr. Williams is passionate about leadership because he believes that success and failure of any enterprise, rises and falls on how we lead people and manage systems. Whether in public education, home or entrepreneurship, he believes in the power of positive leadership and its effect on society. Many of the leadership lessons that he teaches can be found on his YouTube page, “The Moment of Clarity, Lessons in Leadership.” Dr. Williams has been recognized in his field for being an outstanding school leader on the elementary and secondary levels. He is a graduate of Winthrop and Grand Canyon University. In his spare time, Dr. Williams enjoys working out, golfing, reading, studying and spending quality time with family and friends. He is the husband of Cameish Williams and a father to Micah, Caleb and Bria Williams. He currently resides in Elgin, South Carolina.
